As well as offering in-house tool design and product design capabilities, PEP has its own fully-equipped toolroom, delivering a comprehensive service from initial design evaluation through to new tool manufacture and on-going tool maintenance and service.

1986 – Originally established to produce household electrical consumer units for The Contactum Group
2005 – A management buyout was completed in 2005 by the current owners and directors Padraic Doheny & Vince Marino
2009 – Investment in fully equipped tool room facilities
2011 – PEP moved from its original site of 18 years in the old Triumph factory in Tottenham to Mollison Avenue, Enfield
2013 – A factory extension in 2013 of 52% increasing the square footage to 35,000 facilitating increased tonnage to 650
2018 – In October of 2018 PEP made the transfer from TS16949 to the new IATF16949 Quality accreditation
2019 – Substantial investment plan makes way for additional manufacturing facilities and increased capacity. Increased the factory size to 38,000sqft (3530sqM). Improvements and extension to production, toolroom and QA lab
2020 – New 500T machine and CNC 4 axis machining centre to increase moulding and toolroom capacity
2021 – New 700T and 600T machines to increase capacity to manufacture larger components
